When both are achieved as a community we can flourish! On Saturday, May 19th, 2012 the non-profit organization I Am Jerusalem will be holding the Happiness and Peace neighborhood event at Plaza LaFayette in Tustin, CA.

I Am Jerusalem is collaborating with local businesses to bring the first Happiness and Peace event to Tustin. Please come join I Am Jerusalem, the lost bean organic coffee and tea, Enerji Fitness, lululemon athletica south coast plaza, and Christakis Greek Cuisine for an evening like no other.
We want to show how our community can come together to spread positivity and display our genuine support and respect for one another by inviting all to come for an evening of Happiness and Peace!

There will be a happy hour and dinner from 5:00-6:30 pm at Christakis Greek Cuisine restaurant.
The La Paz/Peace Coffee Launch will be from 6:30-8:00 pm at the lost bean organic coffee and tea.
A showing of The Happy Movie will be from 8:00-10:00 pm at Enerji Fitness, provided by lululemon athletica south coast plaza.

This was a well-attended event on a beautiful Spring day. IAJ interns Laura Degling and Jonathan Oskins passed out information pamphlets and answered questions regarding IAJ.

(Spiritual And Religious Alliance for Hope) and their event this past Sunday (1/22/12).   The chicken, graciously prepared by the “Christakis” staff, fed approximately 300 people.  This event also saw S.A.R.A.H.’s “Socks of Love” project come to fruition via distribution of socks, filled with needed essentials, to many people in the community.(posted by Denise Carroll, IAJ Ambassador)
